1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bd1tk.org, registering an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bd1tk platform.

• You have not previously had a bd1tk account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bd1tk cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Select a strong, unique password for your bd1tk account that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out completely after each session on any shared or public device.
• Notify bd1tk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bd1tk will never ask for your password by SMS, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from bd1tk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on bd1tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method registered to a third party, is prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. bd1tk reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• bd1tk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider directly.

bd1tk is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider's internal processes or technical issues outside bd1tk's control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bd1tk offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account wallet automatically or upon qualifying action as specified in the promotion details. Bonuses may not be transferred or exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The bd1tk platform must be used only for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

bd1tk employs monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bd1tk reserves the right to void all affected bets, close the account, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Any final decision regarding account closure and balance forfeiture is at bd1tk's sole discretion.

7Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on bd1tk are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. bd1tk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault on the platform. In the event of a system error or malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, bd1tk reserves the right to declare all affected rounds void and refund the relevant stakes to players' account wallets.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd1tk excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings caused by platform malfunction, technical error, or circumstances beyond bd1tk's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets or wagers on the platform, including losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the platform.

11Amendments to Terms

bd1tk may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the bd1tk platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account.

Material amendments — those that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications and editorial changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bd1tk's customer support process should be referred to binding arbitration. bd1tk will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently through direct communication with the player in the first instance.

If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted.
